This is kinda like calling a news conference.
I lost my cold, dry storage at the end of last winter and that forced me to make some decisions regarding my stable. After multiple interviews over lunch in downtown Calgary, Mango now has a new steward. They seem to be getting along well and Mango has not shown any outward signs of homesickness. Daisy has been passed around like cheerleader at a frat party most of her life, but she stills wears that ruby red lipstick, so I think she still needs a little adventure. She is currently safe, but has an uncertain future. Fortunately, neither her cancer, nor multiple amputations are terminal, so she, like the Mary Ellen Carter, shall rise again.
That leaves me with Gus the bus. Gus has not been on the top of the list since i first resurrected him in 2006. He has been a patient bus, so it is time to get a few details done up on Gus this winter. One of the thing is to get the lower half resprayed and some minor bodywork done on the nose where he got punched in the nose years ago by a schoolyard bully. Anyhow, if any of you have a freindly who could do a little bodywork for me, or respray, let me know as I would like to have the things done that I am incapable of doing myself (body, paint) done by Christmas.
I kinda dig the low stress of only having one bus to worry about!

I know someone who loves doing bodywork but needs a place to work, if you like I can get her contact info.

Yes, please do. She can work on it here if she likes. That would suit me fine as I have no shortage of things to do on it myself. The garage has heat and light and I have budget for this winter, so we should all get along fine
