CLR, 0000 Steel Wool and Turtle Wax

As most of you guys know, I kinda dig the original paint buses.
I have been plugging away at the Mango for the last year or so, slowly resurecting it. This Spring, Ken suggested that I clean up the exterior and that would be good motivation to get busier on everything else that needed to be done.
I finally took his advice and here are the results

I finished the accessible side of the bus with the CLR 0000 steel wool and then gave it a quick rub with Turtle Wax to seal it.

The deck lid came up pretty good too. I noticed that there is the ghost image of a different dealer sticker or maybe a plate above the exiting one.
Any ideas anyone??

I've heard and seen pictures of the CLR trick, but that really came out nice!

looks like the name GATINGER - Although I can't really see the G...maybe it cound be another name....

The City was Chicago....maybe there were multiple dealers?
I'd post the sticker photos on The SAMBA and see what comes back.

It has a UF port of entry code. San Francisco, so it's a genuine California hippy bus!
If it could talk, the story would likely be pretty interesting!

I really wish I knew that trick before I delved into mine. Mine would have looked not too bad as it was OG paint as well when I got it. Oh well live and learn.
