Hay there all you NUTS, I'm gonna post some of the rust repair that I am going to do on the bus up here for all to see. When viewing these bare in mind I'm a Plumber NOT a welder, the welder I use is a el-cheapO from Princess Auto , non gas type. Also i do use my neighbors welder , very nice Lincon electric w/ gas sometimes. So I started out with the passenger side wheel well because it is parked with the drivers side against the wall and will have to wait till i can get it back on the ground and turned around. Then I moved to the floor of the cargo area this first one was before I had a section of floor to work with , it's just a piece of repair metal from Canadian tire. Then I got a piece of floor section ( thanks Ken ) and decided to replace a larger section because of a lot of little problems. I have decided to only do the least amount of work this year on the rust , my thinking is I will do a better job next winter when i have more time on my hands. So now I just have to do the drivers side wheel well and maybe a little on the rockers ( prob. not ) ........lol .

Just be carefull, I too said that I'd only do the bare minimum, now I'm planning on replacing both rockers, all jack points and the complete front wheel well arches (I'm sure the rear corners may need to be looked at as well, but I don't want to think about it right now).
But like you I've decided most of it can wait, I'm going to do what I have to to get it on the road and then take care of the rest later.
Looks like you're making good progress!
