Picked up a '65 parts bus on the weekend. But the front doors are locked & there are no keys. The doors won't open from the outside or the inside. Is there a way to get them open some how without causing too much damage?

Are you saving the doors?? If so, you'll have to get the hinge pins out. It's a tough job sometimes, but the only way I know to get them off when locked. Wait, can you access the back of the handle from inside with the interior panel out? Might be an option. Or, if the doors are wrecked, sawsall the hinge knuckles off. Chris

Actually the doors are in really good shape, I want them for my Westy. I will try & pull the door panels off to see if I can access the handle from the inside. If not, maybe there would be enough space to get a cut off wheel on the latch striker??

Got it! Amazing what you can do with a die grinder & a cut off wheel! ;D The drivers door I was able to lift off of the striker, but I had to cut the passenger striker.
