Okay still planning ahead and looking into headliners. Everyone only list vinyl for 64 and up. I can get fabric for up to 63. What would be the difference between 63 and 64? When I took the old one out it stayed in one piece. Only a few extra rips so I should be able to make a new one with the fabric of my choice while using the old as a template. (maybe wishful thinking but I'm up for the challenge.

Headliners are Crazy cheap. Not worth making one unless you want something very exotic, or out of the ordinary. The hard ($) part is getting them put in. I would not recommend trying yourself on a non-sunroof bus. Trust me I have wrecked several headliners. The material "span" is just too big for someone not experienced with upholstery. Don't sweat the details Dave, Keep going on your drive train and rust repair!!! Ken
