Just as the title says...I'm cutting up and parting out a '62 single cab. It's my first kill. If anyone needs anything just let me know. I have to get it out of the compound before snow. There are a few good body panels and the complete suspension and trans is there. I'd love to see this heap get put to good use. Chris

Hey Just signed up I have to figure out how to access the forums, I just got here from Shanes link. Anyhow, Chris that SC we talked about is looking good. If all goes well, I will need a transaxle for it and possibly a front beam and who knows what else. I'll keep you fellow NUTS up to speed on progress!

No problem Keith! Both the front beam and transaxle are complete and in good condition. Just let me know what you need when you get a list together.

How does the shift linkage look? Do you mean the front shift linkage, at the shifter?? As far as I can tell all the running gear is in nice shape. It's the body (and lack there of) that's forcing me to cut it up. Just let me know what you need Shan. BTW, any luck with the big nut trans axle?? Chris

Hi Chris,
My westy needs a nose job between the buckets, do you have anything I can use?

Colin, the door glass is already spoken for. Sorry. I'll see what else I have.
Pete, it has a really good nose. Suprisingly good. The body goes under the knife very soon. I'll set it aside for you.
I'll keep everyone posted and feel free to ask for anything else. Looks like this one is going to be spread all over North America. The rear vents are going to New York and I think a few other obscure panels are heading south.
It's good to see it helping out other trucks and busses.
