I think $12K US is a bit high for that. It has many pluses, but it does need some rust repair in the usual spots. That and being a late split are just 2 things that would bring the price down in my eyes. Everything else being equal I think it would be a great truck for the right price. I remember a certain '60 DC that sat in Spokane for years that was $9K. Looking back on it that truck was a steal (Ken knows which one I'm talking about) One of us should have bought that when we had the chance.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks it's a tad high. It just seems that DC's are "the thing" to have so every piece of junk that rolls they want at least $12k (not that I'm calling this one junk, but really have you checked The Samba lately?).
I'm still not too sure what to think of this one, we'll see what time does to the price.

For curiosity's sake I'm wondering what everyone would consider a fair price for this truck?
If the ad is still correct the current asking price is approximately $14,600 CDN.

I was thinking it was worth something around $7500-8000 Cdn. Just think how much it will cost to fix the rust and repaint. You would spend $10K in a heart beat. If you did I wouldn't think it was a $24 000 truck myself???
