Hi Gang, The river behind our property has changed course due to a big log jam and is headed right toward our shop and house. Our beloved collection of Volvo's and VW's are going to get swept away-- No BS -- just mother nature . The river has been sweeping back and forth for ever. 35 years ago we happen to build our place more than a mile from the river. Now it is lapping at our heels and car collections. so it looks like I better sell some off before we lose them to the river.
up for sale type 1 1954 tree fell on roof /semiphores/pan is off and in excellent shape body is rough but lots of great parts
1958 somebody tried to make a custom ride for his girlfriend baby blue interior- nice 4 hole hood-12 volt motor hasn't run in years-usual rust
1961 cloth sunroof- rusty floor pan- no motor
type 2 1974 orange window bus runs no paper 1978 two tone brown /orange deluxe with sunroof and middle seat seized front brake 1979 orange and white middle seat cracked windshield
type 3 1964 notchback w /gas heater- rusty but lots of great parts
type 4 1974 412 engine out in my shop- transaxle MIA-windshield cracked
1975 142 Volvo -overdrive FI motor- rust 1979 242 Volvo-body only
I'd rather sell these whole not parted out but would consider stripping them for you if you buy it
Best offer

I'm in the process of moving the collection out of harms way but will try to get some pictures this weekend.
I drove the consulant engineer around yesterday in my syncro and had to cross some flooded streams -- a lot of fun but probably not the best idea for the bus we did get to some of the problem sites. We then flew around taking some eagle eye pictures and hope that they can offer some help in holding the river bank together. Not too many tax dollars come out of this area so they might not be willing to spend the bucks to get the machinery/rocks to do the job the rain just dampens my spirit a little hank
